Kick off your shoes and unwind at this cozy modern A-frame in Fryeburg, Maine. Located in a tranquil lakeside community, this home has been freshly furnished to provide a warm, serene retreat for couples, small families and groups of friends. It is the perfect spot to relax after a day of shopping, dining and slopeside fun at nearby ski resorts.
Good to know
Gather in the open concept living area, where you can listen to music on our Sonos speaker while you are cooking or just winding down. Relax on the couch and put your feet up as you stream your favorite shows thru your personal accounts on our 50" Roku HDTV. Also on the first level is the bathroom with newly tiled shower and washer/dryer. Upstairs you have both bedrooms. One with a king bed, desk and chair. We provide a space heater for your comfort. The second room has a queen bed, and a twin XL over queen bunk bed, as well as an alcove with a desk and chair for your work area. Note that there is no toilet on the second floor. Please hold on to the railings as you climb stairs. We ask that you do not let small children climb stairs and bunk bed without supervision.
Other Details to Note
Bedrooms are on the second floor, bathroom is on the first floor. Must be able to climb stairs. This is a rural area- cell phone reception may be poor. Please plan your navigation accordingly. Power outages frequently occur during high winds or bad weather. We do not have a generator. Please check the weather forecast leading to your trip, and contact us with any concerns. **We are committed to protecting our properties which is why we've partnered with Know Your Guest, the leading vacation rental guest-screening provider. Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your details through Know Your Guest. You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit ($500 plus a processing fee $15 that is non-refundable) or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

Guest Access
Guests will be provided with a keypad code for entry into the cabin for the length of stay. The owner's closet at the top of the stairs will remain locked. The 3-season porch is currently not heated. The fire pit is not for use at this time.
